As the school year gets into full gear, there are many stressors affecting our children. In addition to the normal trials and tribulations of adolescence, we throw in stigmas like ADD, ADHD, intellectual disability, learning disorders, and autism spectrums. As well, we then pile on anxiety, depression, bullying, identity issues and you just want to bubble wrap your kids and protect them from harsh realities.
Joining us today is Everett Lawrence Adams a clinical and educational psychologist. EL as he is known, is looking to share ideas, philosophies and methods he is using to help our youth thrive from the most difficult of situations. Furthermore, he uses methods like mental health mood and music.
